Is Permit Book legal to use?
Documents in general, either paper or electronic, are accepted by law enforcement. As of January 1, 2019, electronic copies of International Registration Plan (IRP) apportioned commercial truck registrations (cab cards) and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) licenses are required to be accepted in all jurisdictions by rule.
